Pre-Order Policy

The expected release date for individual pre-order items (calendar, diary, desk calendar, and greeting card) is shown throughout the website. The release dates appear on the product page.

If you have placed an order which has a future release date stated on the product detail page, this is a pre-order.

All orders placed contains a pre-order item(s) as well as an in-stock item(s), will not be held until all you order is in stock. We will dispatch your in-stock item(s) straight away and dispatch your pre-order item(s) with in 48hours of the release date. As we do not hold any card details on our system, payment is taken when the order is placed.

Any orders with multiple pre orders within an order will be held until all items are in stock and able to be fulfilled. 
 
Once we have received the stock into our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. If the item(s) you have ordered is not in stock by the release date, we will contact you immediately with the new expected delivery date. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your pre-ordered item(s), we will contact you to offer an exchange or refund.

PRE ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO INDUSTRIAL STRIKE ACTION AFFECTING DELIVERY AND FUFILLMENT.
