We now offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders.

How long will deliveries take to arrive?


Please note delivery dates below are estimated dates advised by Royal Mail.
UK deliveries: UK Royal Mail Delivery 2-5 business days after dispatch. *Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer than standard royal Mail delivery. *Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery.
Europe and rest of the world: Unfortunately, we cannot provide delivery times for all European and world wide country’s, but please find estimated dates advised by Royal Mail for areas.

  • Western Europe  takes 7-10 working days (delivery may take longer in remote areas)
  • Eastern Europe takes 2 - 3 weeks (delivery may take longer in remote areas)
  • North America takes 10 -15 working days (delivery may take longer in remote areas)
  • South America, Africa and Asia takes 2 - 3 weeks (delivery may take longer in remote areas)
  • Australia takes 10-15 working days (delivery may take longer in remote areas)

Although we will despatch your order via Royal Mail delivery the same working day if received by 2pm, due to individual country custom requirements which can delay delivery and delivery standards in other countries do vary to the UK we can not provide delivery times.

Note: delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules

Can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order. Unfortunately at the present time we do not offer a tracking service, as this is not offered by Royal Mail on the service we use.


I want my order to be delivered to different address?

If you would like your order to be sent to a different address, maybe a friend or family member as a gift, please just follow the check out steps and when prompted enter the delivery address you would like the order to be sent to.

How will my calendar be packed?

All A3, wall, square and slim format calendars have a cardboard strengthener inside the calendar and are cello wrapped.

Calendars are all dispatched in strong boarded or padded envelopes; this is all to ensure your order arrives safely.

How will my Greeting/Birthday card be packed?

All cards come with a separate additional blank envelope for you to be able to send the card to a friend or family member.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

Sorry we do not offer this service.

How can I reset my account password?

Do you accept PayPal?

We do not currently accept payment by PayPal.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payment online or by phone for the following cards Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro and do not charge any extra for the use of these cards.

We also accept money/postal orders and cheques for orders placed by phone. Please contact our customer services team to place an order on 01992 702900. Money/postal orders or cheques should be posted to the below address and for the attention of Customer Services.

What currency are your prices in/ I’m making payment form outside the UK?

All prices listed on are in British pound sterling.

If you are making a payment from outside the UK by bank/credit card, your bank will convert the British pound sterling price to whichever country currency your bank/credit card is located. Please contact your bank to find out which exchange rate they are using, as these change daily.

Do I receive a discount for buying several calendars?

Please contact our customer services department as we may be able to offer you a discount if you are ordering over 10 calendars.

I have not received my order?

PLEASE NOTE: If you PreOrder an item, it will not be dispatched until it is in stock, even if you have received a Shipping Email. These "In Stock" dates can be found on each individual product page.

UK deliveries
Please allow 15 working days* for delivery from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order in this time please contact our customer services team at and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
*Royal Mail lost policy allows 15 working days for delivery from the date of despatch. Only after this period can we declare a parcel as lost.

European and rest of the world
If you have not received your order within the estimated dates advised by Royal Mail for your areas listed above, then please contact our customer services team at and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

I have placed a Pre-order/not yet released product?

The expected release date for individual pre-order items (calendar, diary, desk calendar, and greeting card) is shown throughout the website. They appear on the product detail page, under the “Add to Basket” button.

If you have placed an order which has a future release date stated on the product detail page, this is a pre-order.

All orders placed containing both a pre-order item(s) as well as an in-stock item(s), will be sent seperately. We will dispatch your in-stock item(s) straight away and then dispatch your pre-order item(s) seperately within 48 hours of the stock release date. As we do not hold any card details on our system, payment is taken when the order is placed.

Once we have received the stock into our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. If the item(s) you have ordered is not in stock by the release date, we will contact you immediately with the new expected delivery date. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your pre-ordered item(s), we will contact you to offer an exchange or refund.

What is your return policy? offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund on the amount you paid for the item (including tax, but excluding shipping expense). It is acceptable to return a calendar with the shrink-wrap removed, as long as it contains no writing or other damage. Please note that we need the following before we can process a refund:

  1. The returned calendar
  2. The packing slip
  3. A note explaining the reason for return

My item has arrived damaged?

We take special care to ensure that calendars leave our fulfillment center in perfect condition. However, if you receive a calendar, greeting card or other item  that is damaged, we will be happy to replace it at our expense or offer a refund. You must call a Customer Service Representative at 01992 702 900 to report the damaged calendar. Please have your Order Number ready before you call.
